Lakeshore Creative Stitchery Guild

The guild hosts or participates in a variety of public events that give us an opportunity to promote the art of embroidery and showcase the work of our members.

Public events involving the guild this season:

Pointe-Claire Journée de la culture / Culture Day ♦ Stewart Hall ♦ September 28, 2025      

The guild will take part in Pointe-Claire's Culture Day activities on Sunday, September 28, 1 pm–5 pm, in the MacLean Room at Stewart Hall. Drop by to view stitching demos and embroidery displays and learn more about the guild.

Sunday Stitchers' Rendezvous 

We participate in the city of Pointe Claire's Cultural Rendezvous program at Stewart Hall (176 Lakeshore Road). Guild members will be on hand to stitch and demonstrate needlework to visitors from 2:00–4:30 pm on a Sunday once a month.

Fall 2025 dates: October 12, November 2, November 30 

Winter 2025 and spring 2026 dates: January 18, February 15, March 22, and April 19. 

Drop by Stewart Hall and visit with us to view stitching demos and learn more about the guild and the art of embroidery.

Salon des artisans  ♦  November 22 - 23, 2025

At Pointe-Claire's annual artisan fair at Stewart Hall, we will offer a variety of needlework crafts handmade by guild members, including ornaments, greeting cards and seasonal gift items. Drop by our booth and get a head start on your Christmas shopping.
